The order of the Tribunal dated 6th July, 2006 is under challenge by filing the present writ application on 21.02.2017. If that was not glaring enough, cause of action, if any, for the petitioner arose in the year 1974 and the O.A. application came to be filed in the year 2006. The Tribunal rightly held that the facts being what they are if the limitation is not pressed into service in such a case, Section 21 of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2922 of 2017 dt.10-04-2017 2/2 the Administrative Tribunal Act will become redundant. Writ has to be dismissed because no interference is warranted in the order of the Tribunal.
