JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 In the present writ application the petitioner is challenging the re-tender dated 05.11.2018 by which tenders were invited for the project, namely, "Students Life Cycle Modules" for e-Governance of the University.
Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner had participated in the re-tender dated 05.11.2018 but was ousted at the stage of Financial Bid.
In the aforesaid view of the matter alone where the petitioner has himself participated in the re-tender but was
Patna High Court CWJC No.1176 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 ousted at the Financial Bid stage, the prayer of the petitioner to cancel the re-tender cannot be entertained.
The writ application has no merit. It is dismissed, accordingly.
