ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.9.2014 in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.177 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the application for regular bail of the petitioner was considered on 4.12.2014 in Cr.Misc. No.44732 of 2014 and this Court had rejected the prayer on the premise that it is a case of Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the bail application, chargesheet was submitted in connection with the present case on 30.10.2014 under Sections 498A and 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.21920 of 2015 (3) dt.22-07-2015 2/2 In view of the changed circumstances and also the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.177 of 2014.
