The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner two cartridges were recovered.

Considering the nature of recovery and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2014.
