Name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Bipul Kumar Patel @ Vicky Kumar @ Vikky Kr who has already been granted privilege of bail by this court and moreover, para 3 of the petition reveals that prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had not been made accused in any other case. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
