The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners who are father-in-law and mother-in-law are seeking anticipatory bail in Maker P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 dated 26.05.2019 registered under Sections 341,323,498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and they are inlaws. The husband was granted provisional bail by order dated 24.01.2020 in Cr. Misc. No. 2942 of 2020.

Considering the fact that the informant is staying in the matrimonial home and the petitioners are in-laws, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of ten weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIIth Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 87 of 2019 dated 26.05.2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
