JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 353. 124-A of the I.P.C, Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. On information that extremists have assembled to commit some offence, police party reached to the alleged place when the accused persons resorted to fire. The police also, in retaliation made cross- firing. The petitioner was apprehended from the spot and from his possession one grenade and one live cartridge were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been framed by the police.

No.13203 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2014.

Since the petitioner is accused in one other case, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for three consecutive occasions during trial.
