The petitioner approached this Court for issuance of direction to respondent authorities to consider his transfer and posting to any school outside the Govindpur Block, in the District of Nawada.

From the presentation of the writ application, it appears that the petitioner is apprehensive of untoward events as he was assaulted in the past for not accepting the joining of certain Teacher, contrary to the Rules. Apprehending physical assault, petitioner has approached the District Education Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.16591 of 2018(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 of Education Department with a request for his transfer. But his request was not considered by the respondents. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent authorities to take an appropriate decision regarding the transfer of the petitioner to any school outside Govindpur Block, having regard to the situation of the petitioner, at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
