JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 In the garb of a modification application, the petitioner is in fact looking for a review of the order dated 14.09.2018 as contained in Annexure '1' to the present application. It appears from the perusal of the order as contained in Annexure '1' that the said order has been passed with the mutual consent of the parties.

In the nature of the reliefs prayed in this modification application, this Court is of the opinion that the modification application itself is misconceived and requires no consideration as the petitioner in this case is looking for review of the order. The application stands disposed of without any modification in the order.
