After having been informed by an Excise Official regarding indulgence of petitioner in carrying sale of wine near his house, police swung into action, came at the location where none was present. One bag was lying in abandoned condition and after opening the same, 7.7 litres of whisky was found therein. The house of the petitioner lies 400 metres away from there which was searched out but nothing incriminating has been recovered from his house. The local inhabitants disclosed that the seized wine belongs to the petitioner. Considering the nature of the allegation so propounded at the end of prosecution, let petitioner, RAMA SHANKAR SINGH be released on anticipatory bail in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4291 of 2020(2) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 event of arrest or surrender within four weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-2nd-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S.
