JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of Annexure-2 to this petition that after investigation, police did not find any material against the petitioner and accordingly, he was not sent up for trial. Moreover, no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No. 136 of 2014.
