JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to influx of time, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present writ application has become infructuous inasmuch as the Board denied the registration of the petitioner for intermediate examination for the Session 2023-25. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to pursue her claim for registration before the Board for the upcoming examination.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed
