The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. 414 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband. He was earlier granted anticipatory bail. An enquiry was to be ordered to be held and it was found that the petitioner has not divorced his wife. The petitioner being the husband is in jail since 30.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
