The petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, on the basis of C.D.R. of mobile of deceased, it came to light that mobile of deceased was being used by one Rajesh Kumar Sahni and when Rajesh Kumar Sahni was interrogated, he disclosed that the aforesaid mobile had been purchased by the petitioner and one Sonu Kumar. Subsequently, Sonu Kumar was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the present crime and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4514 of 2016 (2) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 antecedent and is languishing in custody since 01.10.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. case No.489 of 2015.
