2. This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 22.02.2021 by which learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar has issued summons against the petitioner in Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 747 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 120(B) and further for quashing the order dated 28.11.2022 by which learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Buxar has been pleased to dismiss the Criminal Revision No. 39 of 2021 of the petitioner.

3. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5779 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
