2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was in her house, the petitioner and co-accused persons came there and started abusing her. On objection, they started assaulting her. Further, co-accused Shyam Lal snatched a golden chain worth Rs. 60,000/- and took her signature on a plain paper, with an intention to grab her property.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. As a matter
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5921 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 of fact, the sister-in-law of the petitioner has lodged a case against the husband of the informant for kidnapping of her husband due to which this petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
