The petitioner is named in the first information report but there is omnibus allegation of making discriminate firing against the petitioner and other FIR named accused persons, out of whom one accused person, namely, Suraj Yadav, having more or less, similar allegation has been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner Dina Yadav @ Dinesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P.S.
