This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 326, 307, 379, 435 and 120B of the Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act, 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and 39, 10, 16, 13, 20,21 and 38 of the UAP Act. The only material against the petitioners is that the petitioners had invited the victim-deceased in a cultural programme organized and while the victim-deceased went to attend the cultural programme and when he reached there was indiscriminate firing and then it is alleged that they saw Kaushal Yadav, Rajendra Yadav, Narayan Yadav, Ramdev Yadav, Sukhdev Yadav, Ramchandra Yadav, Sudesar Paswan, Dukh Haran Manjhi and Sanjay Das fleeing away with rifle in their hands. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no enmity between the petitionesr and the deceased. The learned counsel for the State, however, contends that in the entire case diary there is no further material except that the petitioners had invited the deceased to attend the cultural

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond sof Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with U.P.A. TGrain No. 20 of 2015 arising out of Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 528 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Session's Judge, Gaya.
