"That the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in nature of mandamus for commanding and directing the respondents for payment of arrear salary from 06.07.2017 to 30.08.2019 and 31.08.2019 to 06.08.2020 during suspension period, difference of pay from May 2020 to July, 2020 considering entitlement and communication dated 19.09.2022 in Letter No.3708 issued by District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai for such purposes and for the other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of the facts
Patna High Court CWJC No.1615 of 2023(3) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 and circumstances of the case as stated hereinafter."
Considering it that this matter is covered by the Judgment dated 23.02.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5489 of 2020 (Suresh Ram Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and connected matters reported in 2022 (2) B.L.J. 381, 2022 (2) P.L.J.R. 80 and the Judgment dated 07.03.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 34 of 2022 (Minakshi @ Sushre Minakshi & Anr. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file appeal before the concerned District Appellate Authority.
