The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.
From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol, one cartridge, one knife and one lock breaking device were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been framed in the present case and the investigation has already concluded.
Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14054 of 2015 (02) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014.
Since the petitioner is accused in three other case of similar nature, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
