The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to provide adequate security in order to ensure that he is in a position to peacefully cultivate his land appertaining to Plot nos. 413 and 419 of Khata No.3 in village Shahar Telpa in the district of Arwal.

It is the case of the petitioner that some local people are causing unnecessary disturbance so as to get the petitioner dispossessed from his land.

It appears that the petitioner had approached the district authority, based on which the Sub-Divisional Officer, by

Patna High Court CWJC No.2608 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 his letter dated 06.11.2018, has ordered for deputation of a Senior Magistrate to ensure peaceful cultivation by the petitioner, over the land in question.

Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has submitted that despite the order dated 06.11.2018, no any force was deputed.

The petitioner can raise any grievance before the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015, by making appropriate application, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law. The writ application stands disposed of.
