2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 254 of 2022, dated 23.06.2022 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 12 litres illicit mahua was recovered from the field of Pappu Sahni.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes
