Perused the impugned order dated 30.11.2016 whereby the learned court below rejected the application filed by the petitioner under Section 152 C.P.C. and also perused the order dated 27.08.2015 passed by Additional District Judge-XI, Patna in L.A. Case No.655 of 2014 whereby the learned court below recalled the earlier order dated 18.02.2015 fixing the case for exparte hearing against respondent no.2. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has passed a reasoned order, therefore, it cannot be said that the order suffers from jurisdictional error.
