JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Suryagarha (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 245 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354-A, 504, 506, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 12 of POCSO Act.
The first information report discloses that it was Tufani Paswan who misbehaved with the informant's daughter and Smita Devi assaulted the informant's daughter. So far as petitioners are concerned, though they are named but no specific overt-act has been attributed against them.
