2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the FIR, large number of accused persons assaulted the deceased including the petitioner. She is said to have pressed the neck of the deceased. The allegation of pressing the neck of the deceased by the petitioner is not supported by the post-mortem report.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a women and has falsely been implicated in this case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 216 of 2020.
