2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) for quashing the impugned order dated 11.11.2011 issued by Respondent no. 2 vide his letter no. 2097 dated 11.11.2011 whereby and where under Respondent no. 2 directed the respondent no. 3 to cancel the settlement of the Gairmazarua malik land settled vide settlement
Patna High Court CWJC No.817 of 2017(6) dt.18-02-2025 2/2 caşe no. 175/1992-93 and Anchal Miscellaneous case no. 5/09-10, L.R. Case No. 10/2011-12 which was recommended by Respondent no.3,4 and 5 of the land of khata no. 4 plot no. 1183/3 area 08 decimal situated at village Shikarpur, Thana no. 323 in favour of the petitioner the said settlement was against the department procedure respondent no. 2 vide his order dated 5.11.2011, has accepted to cancelled the aforesaid settlement.
(ii) Further respondents be directed to produce the order dated 5.11.2011 passed by the respondent no,1, if any, mentioned in impugned order Annexure- 1 and upon production the same be also quashed.
(iii) To grant any other relief (s), for which the petitioner may be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may take recourse of alternate remedy in accordance with law.
