Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No.865 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of theft of E-rickshaw of the informant by some accused persons. Later on transpired from the CCTV footage that one Guddu Mandal was seen along with other accused persons and the petitoners hav ebeen made accused on the confessional statement of Guddu Mandal. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that except the confession of Goddu Mandal there is nothing

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below and on surrender they will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No.865 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that after release they will have to appear before the police and co-operate in the disposal of the investigation otherwise their bail bond shall be cancelled.
