Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and for the first time, the name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh, who stated that petitioner had also participated in conspiracy to commit the alleged crime and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4200 of 2016 (3) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No.662 of 2015.
