The petitioner seeks bail in Mirganj P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act and under Section 3/4 of the E.S. Act. The petitioner is alleged to have fired which hit on the left shoulder of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the doctor found the injuries on the shoulder as injury nos. 1 and 2 are communicative to each other and one is of entry and another is of exit, but the doctor opined the injury to be simple as the same would appear from Annexure-2 at page-15. The occurrence took place due to land dispute.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that on

No.11601 of 2015 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2/2 account of firing made by the petitioner the informant got simple injury and the petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014.
