2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 487 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365/30 of the Indian Penal code which was later converted into Section 364, 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was cut into pieces and during scientific investigation, it has come that the petitioner has given Supari for killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2023.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
