The petitioners are languishing in custody since 24.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that six accused persons including the petitioners surrounded the brother of the informant and on the order of petitioner Manohar Yadav co-accused Barun Yadav (non-petitioner) shot in the abdomen of the brother of the informant, who subsequently succumbed to the injury. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6872 of 2015 (02) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 petitioners that no overt act has been alleged against the petitioners.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014.
