2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8 , 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act.
3 . As per the prosecution case , on secret information a raid was conducted in the house of co-accused Md. Dilshad Khan and 149.68 gram brown sugar was recovered. It is further alleged that two weighing machine , a small steel plate , aluminum foll roll, twelve small pieces of aluminum foil, two mobile phones and total Rs. 1290/- were also recovered from the house of apprehended person who disclosed the name of this petitioner as one of his associate .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1687 of 2025(2) dt.11-02-2025 2/2 has flasely been made accused in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused Dilshad Khan who was apprehended on the spot with seized articles. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the aforesaid recovery . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today , let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S. case No. 108 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
