2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 342/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2) and 96 of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are alleged of kidnapping the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 B.N.S.S. has stated that she was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2810 of 2026(4) dt.16-04-2026 2/2 kidnapped by one Rehmuddin Ansari and Smile Ansari. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 04.08.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial.

5. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant have jointly opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-Vith-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Gopalganj /concerned Court below in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 342/2025.
