JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Also heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. The petitioner is said to have opened fire causing injury on the leg of the informant but, according to prosecution case itself, the culprits had covered their faces at the time of alleged occurrence. Moreover, the informant has sustained simple injuries, though, said to be caused by fire arm, and, admittedly, there was some dispute between the parties.

Considering the facts aforesaid and submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two
