2. The petitioner prays for appointment on compassionate ground stating that his father died in harness on 14.5.2004. It is mentioned that an application filed for compassionate appointment was dismissed by the Compassionate Committee on 21.12.2005 but this was never challenged before any forum and now the petitioner approached this Court after 12 years because the District Magistrate, Gaya has again rejected the prayer of the petitioner for compassionate appointment vide order impugned dated 9.1.2015 in reference to the earlier rejection.

3. In the circumstances discussed, no cause of indulgence is made out. This writ petition is dismissed.
