One country made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others were caught on the spot making preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bihar P.S. Case no. 545/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
