The petitioner seeks bail in K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner in kidnapping of his daughter along with other accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement and disclosed that Md. Aslam pointed a dagger in the meantime his friend Rakesh Sah @ Vikky, the petitioner came and took her on motorcycle to Bhagalpur bus stand. Md. Aslam took the victim to Delhi.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner that the victim did not

Aslam, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015.
