2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that in view of the final order having been passed against the petitioner by the District
Patna High Court CWJC No.1134 of 2023(3) dt.05-05-2023 2/2 Magistrate, Bhagalpur, as contained in Memo No.195 dated 2.2.2023, which was signed on 29.01.2023, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition, keeping in view the alternative remedy of appeal available to the petitioner.

5. With the above direction/observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
