29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
The Petitioner seeks bail in Katihar (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 350 of 2013 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Katihar.
Considering that now charges have been framed, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11683 of 2015 (3) dt.29-07-2015 this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Katihar, and the Superintendent of Police, Katihar is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
