Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 401 of the Indian Penal Code and section 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and the recovery which is being shown from this petitioner that too is almost under the category of small quantity. Petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2459 of 2020(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge I-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with G.R. Case No. 4 of 2019, Darbhanga Rail P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019.
