The present appeal has been preferred under Section
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.167 of 2022 dt.30-11-2022 2/3 14(A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the refusal of prayer for bail vide order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Spl Case No. 123 of 2021 corresponding to Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 223 of 2013 by the learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-III-cumSpecial Judge SC/ST Act, Patna for the alleged offence under Sections 376(i)(e), 376(c)(d), 354(A)(1)(i)(ii), 504, 506, 34, 201 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 3(i)(xi) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that vide order dated 08.09.2022, provisional bail has been granted to the present petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the bail was granted to him imposing certain conditions.
Learned counsel submits that he has not violated any of the conditions. He also submits that in future, he shall not violate any such conditions on the basis of which the provisional bail was granted. Learned Spl. P.P.
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.167 of 2022 dt.30-11-2022 3/3 the submissions made above, let the provisional bail granted to the appellant is hereby confirmed and this application is disposed off.
Accordingly, the impugned order dated 06.12.2021 passed by learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-III-cumSpecial Judge SC/ST Act, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.
