JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.11.2015 in a case which was registered on the basis of complaint petition. The accusation against the petitioner is that he withdrew huge amount from the account of the informant, who happens to be her maternal grand mother.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case has been lodged by the informant on account of family feud and moreover, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and, therefore, detention of the petitioner in jail is not furthermore required. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.4441 of 2016 (3) dt.25-02-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 93 of 2009.
