The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2014 in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 321 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name surfaced subsequently on the confessional statement of one Shyam Kumar, a co-accused, in Aurai P.S. Case No. 156 of 2013, in which also the petitioner is an accused and has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has been remanded in this case on 15.11.2014 yet till date he has not been

Considering the aforementioned submissions and period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 321 of 2013.
