JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No.143 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering recovery of 29.25 liters of Indian made foreign liquor from a room belonging to the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.

In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
