The present writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "A.

For quashing and setting aside the office order contained in Memo No.239/GIA/22 dated 26.12.2022 issued under the signature of the Registrar, Magadh University whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been transferred from Sachchidanand Sinha College, Aurangabad to T.S. College, Hisua with immediate effect in arbitrary, erroneous and illegal manner.

For quashing all the consequential actions/order, if any, relating to the impugned transfer order contained in Memo No.239/GIA/22 dated 26.12.2022.

For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled."

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will file a representation before the respondent Authorities.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya (respondent no.2), for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.2 is well advised to pass a reasoned and speaking order after affording the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his counsel within a further period of six weeks.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
