Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion was raised against the petitioner. No doubt, in course of investigation, the dead body of deceased was recovered in several pieces but except the confessional statement of petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kursakanta P.S.
