JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No.214 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are cross cases and injuries have been caused to both the sides, however this court finds that there is direct allegation against the petitioners of causing injury on the brain, which has been opined to be endangered to life, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the same is accordingly dismissed.
