JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)a, 26(i)(ii), 35 of the Arms Act.

When the raid was laid in the house of the petitioner, mini gun factory was unearthed leading to recovery of several unfinished arms and ammunitions.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has clean antecedent and a statement to that effect has been made in para 3 of the petition and the persons who were apprehended from the place of occurrence while manufacturing the arms have been granted bail. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
