The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 522/2014 for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14-11-2014 at about 7 P.M. while the informant was on way to his house from Gola Bazar after taking vegetables alongwith his Munsi and reached near D.M.U. Shed, he was intercepted by 3-4 youths who relieved him from Rs.4000/-, a money bag containing Rs.10,000/- etc. The informant claims to identify the miscreants by their face.

It is further submitted that there has been no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. Parade to ascertain the complicity of the petitioner.
It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, and he is in custody since 15-2-2015. On behalf of the State it is submitted that the petitioner's name is figured in the present case in course of investigation. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Kanhaiya Rai be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 522/2014 (Sudhir Singh, J) B.Roy/- U T
