Allegation of kidnapping of the minor girl of the informant and taken to Mumbai and there is also allegation as per statement of the girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C in which she alleged that when she tried to flee away, she was stabbed by knife. Later on, she fled away from his house and approach the police.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to enmity and he is in custody since 08.11.2019 Heard learned APP who opposed the statement of the girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. which has already alleged to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 2003 of 2020(4) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 stab by the knife and also on the ground that girl is minor aged about 12 years.

Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
